Sotheby’s International Realty Network Welcomes The Bear’s Club Realty Co.

RISMEDIA, Nov. 12, 2008-Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC announced that The Bear’s Club Realty Co., LLC in Jupiter, Fla., has joined its luxury real estate network, servicing The Bear’s Club private golf club and surrounding communities.

The firm is owned by Jack Nicklaus and the Nicklaus family, Robert Whitley, Tucker Frederickson and Ira Fenton. It now will do business as The Bear’s Club Sotheby’s International Realty.

The Bear’s Club is a private golf club and home to an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, a 40,000-square-foot clubhouse, 68 custom estate residences, 17 golf villas and 14 club cottages. The Bear’s Club Sotheby’s International Realty will continue to do business at 103 Bear’s Club Drive, Jupiter, Fla.
