The new office will be under the leadership of Manya Choboian, who has most recently served as the co-owner of Coldwell Banker Choboian Real Estate in Tulare. Manya has over twenty years of experience in real estate sales and brokerage management. Joining Manya in the opening of the office are Sales Associates Victoria Fernandez, Amy Nilsson, Daniel Sanchez Jr., Yajahira Serrano, Sandy Spens and Kimberly Valov Lorenzo. Now with offices in Stanislaus, San Joaquin, Fresno, Tulare, Napa and Solano counties, Prudential California Realty with its mortgage entities has strengthened its presence in Northern California. The newly merged company will operate as Prudential California Realty under the direction of Craig C. Lewis.
