RISMEDIA, Jan. 22, 2007-Creating a rich, interactive Web site that meets dynamic consumer needs is now easier for RE/MAX® sales associates thanks to an alliance with Top Producer Systems.

Top Producer Systems and RE/MAX International announced the release of Top Producer Web sites – RE/MAX Edition, featuring custom RE/MAX layouts and themes and unique RE/MAX-focused content. These new features further enhance a product designed to provide the kind of meaningful information that buyers and sellers seek: expansive listing inventories, automated property alerts, recent home sales data, and detailed neighborhood and school information.

"Today's real estate consumers are tech savvy, independent, and financially articulate," says Errol Samuelson, president of Top Producer Systems. "Our research indicates that when they visit an agent's site, they're not looking for an online business card; they're looking for a source of meaningful neighborhood and market information. A Web site built with Top Producer Web sites – RE/MAX Edition provides this information and helps agents stand out from the thousands of competing sites."

This latest release of the Web sites product adds the ability to deliver a virtually unlimited number of custom pages, including a feature-rich Web log (blog). The system also supports custom search engine optimization and detailed traffic reporting.

RE/MAX sales associates who subscribe to Top Producer® Web sites get the added benefit of its powerful two-way integration with Top Producer® 7iTM – RE/MAX Edition. Leads generated via Top Producer Web sites and visitor search activity are automatically fed into Top Producer 7i's lead management tools. Similarly, seller service reports generated in Top Producer 7i are automatically posted to the seller's private section of their agent's Web site.

"We are excited about extending our relationship with Top Producer," says Marnie Blanco, vice president, eBusiness for RE/MAX International. "A large number of our sales associates already are avid Top Producer 7i users. The innovative features and RE/MAX branding now available with Top Producer Websites will provide marketing impact for new and existing users alike."

Allan Dalton, president of Move, Inc.'s Real Estate division says, "One of the most important goals of our division is to deliver marketing systems and services to the real estate industry so that Realtors may better serve their customers and clients. Our Top Producer product mix demonstrates this commitment and exemplifies what the real estate industry and consumers should expect from Move's Real Estate division. It is an honor that we can serve RE/MAX, a world-leader in real estate excellence."
