The company will now operate as Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage at its current location at 23 Indian Rock in Suffern, N.Y. This acquisition gives Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage an additional office in Rockland County, including its current sales office in New City, N.Y.
Former Batjac owner and principal Gail Posnack will remain with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage as branch manager for the Suffern office.
