Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is a leading residential real estate brokerage company in Long Island and Queens, operating 23 offices with 1400 sales associates serving the communities of Nassau, Queens and Suffolk Counties, New York.
Mamone succeeds Kate Rossi, who last week was named president and chief operating officer of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester, N.Y. He will report to Maureen Passerini, NRT regional senior vice president, who oversees the Eastern Seaboard Region for NRT.

Mamone served most recently as vice president of business development for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey/Rockland County, New York. Prior to that role, he managed that company's Alpine/Closter office in Closter, New Jersey, where his office received numerous sales awards during his tenure. Mamone had been a sales associate and office manager with Schlott Realtors in Jersey City, New Jersey, prior to that company being acquired by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 1991.
Mamone is a member of the Orange County, N.Y., Board of Realtors and the Eastern Bergen County, N.J., Board of Realtors.
