RISMEDIA, Feb. 26, 2007-AgencyLogic (, has added a new feature that will allow agents to create a guest account for prospective sellers so they may login and view a single property PowerSite before it is purchased.

One of the largest real estate industry providers of single property Web sites in North America, AgencyLogic's new functionality will allow Realtors to demonstrate their Internet marketing skills and differentiate themselves from their competition by creating and using single property PowerSites in their pre-listing presentations, free of charge. The PowerSite can then be purchased after the listing is won.

Realtors simply add the seller's e-mail address to the PowerSite to send a customized and branded (agent logo, photo and contact information) HTML e-mail link to their prospects so they can easily view their home's showcase Web site. Each time a prospective seller logs in, an e-mail is sent to the Realtor.

After the PowerSite is purchased, agent and seller will both have access to PowerSite statistics that track the Web site's traffic through the PowerView system.

"PowerSites give agents an edge to differentiate their services and impress the seller," said Joeann Fossland, Master Certified real estate coach, "My FSBO Real Estate GameT participants love using it to wow the FSBO seller."

"Realtors can use our tool without charge and without risk to win listings," said Mark Wayman, CIO of AgencyLogic. "Not only does this new feature help Realtors show prospective clients their unique marketing proposition, but will provide sellers access to useful traffic statistics once the PowerSite is purchased for the listing."

This and other new features will be demonstrated March 5-15 at the Realogy International Conferences at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV.

AgencyLogic PowerSites allow Realtors to create comprehensive, single property Web sites for less than the cost of a newspaper ad. Each PowerSite includes a Web site address e.g.,, one year of hosting and all the tools needed to describe the property in detail, add photos, floor plans, create slideshows, upload related documents, map the property, create custom links, as well as unlimited, user-controlled changes to the PowerSite. PowerSites contain all of the information that buyers are looking for about a particular property – in one place.
