RISMEDIA, March 9, 2007-The Willnow Group, based out of Prudential Georgia Realty's Sandy Springs office, was recognized as the top sales team and overall number one agents in the company for their 2006 real estate sales. The announcement was made at the company's annual awards breakfast, held February 27th at the Cobb Galleria.

They were honored with the Chairman's Circle Diamond Award, the highest level a Prudential agent or team can achieve within the Prudential Real Estate Affiliate (PREA) organization. This award is bestowed upon only those sales associates in the top 1% of the company's 60,000+ agents in North America for sales or units closed.

"The Willnow Group is, quite simply, the best at what they do," said Prudential Georgia Realty President and CEO Dan Forsman. "Their expertise and commitment to their clients are what make them our top agents year after year."

In 2006, the Willnow Group achieved nearly $50 million in gross sales, and closed 85 properties. These impressive statistics made them one of the leading sales teams in all of metro Atlanta.

"The hard work of each and every team member makes our successes possible," said Nan Willnow, referring to team members John Willnow, her son, Rod Willnow, her husband, Amy Lynn, Nancy Dunn, Amy Peters, Amy Herington and Merlene Passarella.

With her longevity in the business, lead agent Nan Willnow has earned numerous awards and honors in the real estate industry during her 24-year real estate career. She has been named to the Communities Top 100 Realtors list for the last several years; earned the Phoenix Award for 10 consecutive years' membership in the Atlanta Board of Realtors' Million Dollar Club; has been named to the PREA Top 100 Agents list numerous times, and has been honored with a place on Realtor Magazine's exclusive Top 300 Agents in the U.S. list. In addition, Nan and her dedicated team have spent 10 of the last 11 years in the number one agent spot for Prudential Georgia Realty.

Nan Willnow is also a past Double Legend Award recipient. The Double Legend Award is given to those Prudential sales associates who achieve 10 consecutive years' membership in the company's Chairman's Circle award level.

The team specializes in the North Fulton and South Forsyth County region, with particular emphasis on the Windward neighborhood.
