RISMEDIA, March 21, 2007-In order to better serve customers' needs for thorough and readily accessible real estate information, Harry Norman, Realtors® introduces VoicePad, a yardsign addition that gives potential buyers immediate access to property information in both English and Spanish 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling a specified number provided on the yardsign. The system will then e-mail or page the agent with the inquiry or transfer the buyer's phone call directly to the listing agent. VoicePad also assists sellers because the system provides reports detailing the inquiry activity their home receives.

VoicePad makes it easy for potential buyers and their agents to learn about the wonderful features of a listed property. Prospective buyers, many of whom may be in the infancy of their home search, may comfortably acquire information before they contact the real estate agent listing the property. VoicePad is also a bilingual service, allowing those who speak Spanish to learn about the property while eliminating a potential language barrier.
