RISMEDIA, April 11, 2007-RE/MAX International has announced that Patricia E. Lawrence has been promoted to the position of senior vice president of Human Resources, and has become a member of the executive management team.
Lawrence joined RE/MAX in December, 2005 as vice president of Human Resources. Since that time, she has been responsible for numerous internal innovations including the creation of a development and review process, an employee coaching program, an on-line hiring system, position market analysis and assessment tools, and a forward-looking workforce planning mechanism.

Prior to joining RE/MAX, Lawrence was vice president, Global Human Resources for IHS, Inc of Englewood, Colorado. She was also with Teletech Holdings, Inc. for five years, at their Douglas County, Colorado headquarters, where she served as vice president, Leadership Development and vice president of Human Resources. Adding to her extensive Human Resources background are positions she held at The Walt Disney World Company and Keystone Resort, where she spent 20 years.
In addition to a MBA from The University of Denver, Lawrence holds many industry certifications including, an Employee Relations Law Certificate, the SPHR Certification, and she is a Certified Myers-Briggs Facilitator. She is also a member of The Society for Human Resource Management, The Rocky Mountain HR Planning Society and an Advisory Board Member of monster.com.
