RISMEDIA, April 13, 2007-At the 2007 Christian City Gala held at the Georgia International Convention Center, RE/MAX of Georgia Regional Owner Howard McPherson accepted the Builder's Visionary Award
The award recognized the real estate organization for donating a cottage to Christian City's new Children's Village. The Village provides a family lifestyle to abandoned and abused children who live in a house with up to eight children and a married couple.
Leslie Edwards, broker/owner of RE/MAX Advantage was among the RE/MAX Affiliates recognized at the Gala. RE/MAX Advantage has four South Metro Atlanta real estate offices and is ranked nationally as #171 in transactions closed among the Top 500 Real Estate Companies in America. Edwards has been with RE/MAX since 1979 and is considered a RE/MAX Pioneer.
Accepting the Award, McPherson said "It is the success of the RE/MAX Sales Associates and Broker/Owners like Leslie Edwards that made this new cottage a reality."
