RISMEDIA, April 19, 2007-RCI Global Vacation Network, announced the launch of its re-designed vacation incentive Web site at, the company said. The revamped site offers details about the company's vacation incentive program for the real estate industry.

According to RCI, the program features one-week (seven-night) resort vacation certificates for accommodations available at RCI Global Vacation Network affiliated properties ideal for use by real estate brokers and sales associates as a business tool to help generate leads, boost sales and increase referral business.

"Whether your company is looking for an affordable way to market its products or services, seeking increased sales or to motivate its sales force, or simply needing a unique way to recognize employees who go above and beyond, Resort Vacation Certificates offer an avenue to help accomplish these goals," said John T. Peters, CTIE, vice president of Business Development, Open Market Rental for RCI Global Vacation Network.

The company's inventory of accommodations is an aggregation of diverse vacation rental properties. Each certificate is valid for a one-week (seven-night) stay at many of the RCI Global Vacation Network affiliated properties. The following are the company's 2007 introductory rates: 3-24 certificates = $299 per certificate; 25-99 certificates = $239 per certificate; 100 or more certificates = $189 per certificate.

Some real estate marketing ideas utilizing Resort Vacation Certificates include:

Listings: Use as a tool to maintain higher listing percentages. Go into a listing presentation knowing you have a product that will help get that listing.
Closing gift: Give flowers or a vacation? The memories of a vacation last a lifetime. Plus, the referrals generated can create more sales.
Relocation package: In a competitive market? Give yourself an advantage by offering something unique-a vacation.
Lead generation: Place a raffle box at a local business or at a home show to get hundreds of leads of potential buyers.
