RISMEDIA, May 7, 2007-Fidelity National Real Estate Solutions, a division of Fidelity National Financial, a Fortune 500 provider of products, services and technology solutions to the financial and real estate industries, has announced the release of Broker BackOffice Pro version 7, a comprehensive office management solution for small and medium-sized brokerages with up to 500 real estate agents.

Several innovations in both design and delivery accompany this latest release of Broker BackOffice Pro. A new Electronic Document Manager will now allow offices to keep copies of important documents attached to their listings, closings or contacts within Broker BackOffice Pro. This eliminates paper files as it integrates information and improves security of the stored records.

Other features that Broker BackOffice Pro will be able to provide through downloads include enhanced e-mail with HTML capabilities, separate modules for advertising, referrals, rental property management, and updates requested by end users.

In conjunction with this new release, Fidelity National Real Estate Solutions is also implementing a new pricing structure, with significantly reduced start-up costs and an affordable monthly support fee format. As part of this new service structure, users will receive downloadable software updates every month via the Web.

“The new lower start-up cost will make it very affordable for offices to switch the management of their business to Broker BackOffice Pro,” said Broker BackOffice Pro Vice President Sarah Smith. “The monthly download feature will also ensure that clients always have the latest version and guarantee that they receive appropriate support as they need it.”

“Broker BackOffice Pro delivers powerful transaction management with an extensive reporting library, all in one easy-to-use system,” said Lauren Siewierski of Advance Realty in Baltimore, Maryland. “Since purchasing the Broker Back Office product, Fidelity’s support staff has worked with us, and taken the time to fully understand our business model. They’ve also taken our feedback into consideration when creating new releases and updates, ensuring that they are well-suited to our evolving needs,” Siewierski continued.

“Broker BackOffice Pro also works seamlessly with QuickBooks, allowing back office and accounting to function as one. This integration not only saves time, it helps us maintain the most accurate and up-to-date financial information,” Siewierski concluded.

Fidelity National Real Estate Solutions has planned show specials for the
2007 National Association of Realtors Midyear Legislative Meetings & Trade Expo. According to the company, there will be significant discounts for the initial setup of Broker BackOffice Pro v.7, as well as the branded versions for RE/MAX Realty, Advance Realty and Realty Executives.
