RISMEDIA, May 10, 2007-Diverse Solutions, an industry leader in Web site design and Internet marketing for real estate professionals, and SoCalMLS, the second largest MLS in the country with more than 55,000 members, have recently formed a partnership that will allow SoCalMLS to provide its members with Diverse Solutions’ mapping IDX program, dsSearchAgent.

According to the details of the partnership, SoCalMLS members are now able to easily put the dsSearchAgent IDX program on their own Web sites and have it automatically branded with their personal or office information depending on the Web site link they decide to use. In addition, individual agents and offices have been given the ability to have their own listings featured on the main map as soon as the page is loaded by one of their Web site visitors. As Web site visitors search any members’ branded dsSearchAgent IDX link, properties matching their search will be plotted on the map, and the details of any property will be instantly accessible from that same page.

SoCalMLS’s move towards endorsing a new IDX platform comes at a time when many real estate agents and brokers are migrating towards using the newest online marketing technologies. With the understanding that every single lead counts in today’s shifting market and that home buyers and sellers are looking for and expecting better online resources and home search tools, the desire of SoCalMLS has always been to provide their members with the best tools available.
