RISMEDIA, May 10, 2007-Realogy Corporation announced the appointment of Marilyn J. Wasser as executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary, effective today. For the past two years, Wasser served as executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for Telcordia Technologies, a leading global provider of telecommunications software and services. Prior to her post at Telcordia, Wasser spent 22 years with AT&T Corporation and AT&T Wireless Services, where she held positions of increasing responsibility, most recently as executive vice president, associate general counsel and corporate secretary for AT&T Wireless Services.

In her new role, Wasser will provide strategic legal direction and support for Realogy and its business units, including the Realogy Franchise Group and its five brand networks – CENTURY 21R, Coldwell BankerR, Coldwell Banker CommercialR, ERAR and Sotheby’s International RealtyR – as well as NRT Incorporated, Cartus and Title Resource Group. As general counsel, she will be responsible for Realogy’s legal efforts in the areas of compliance, litigation and regulatory affairs, human capital, benefits, and corporate services as well as the Company’s government relations function.

“We are pleased to welcome Marilyn Wasser and the broad legal and business experience she brings to our executive leadership team,” said Richard A. Smith, Realogy’s vice chairman and president. “Her extensive legal background supporting some of the most heavily regulated industries in our country will serve us well.” Wasser will report directly to Smith.

Formerly executive vice president, associate general counsel and corporate secretary at AT&T Wireless Services, Wasser was a member of AT&T Wireless’ senior leadership team, and strategy and business development council with responsibility for the corporate ethics council. As such, she provided legal direction for corporate, business development and board matters. Wasser is well versed in major corporate restructurings, divestitures and acquisitions and played an integral part in AT&T Wireless’ Merger Agreement with Cingular Wireless.

Wasser began her career at AT&T Corp. in 1983, after three years in private practice. In 1991, she became chief attorney, supporting business units responsible for wireless – and, later, Internet – services. Working in this capacity, she served as counsel to the team that negotiated the acquisition of McCaw Wireless.

From 1994 to 2002, Wasser was AT&T’s vice president-law and corporate secretary. During this period, she led the legal team involved in the acquisitions of MediaOne and TCI, the cable merger with Comcast Communications, and the spin-offs of Lucent Corp. and AT&T Wireless.

Wasser earned her bachelor’s degree in government from Smith College in Massachusetts and received her law degree with honors from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Ohio.
