Recently RISMedia interviewed several agent team leaders from coast to coast to find out just how creative they are when it comes to making the sale in today’s changing market. What’s the most creative thing you’ve ever done to sell a home?

“We presented counter offers at 2:00 in the morning. I don’t know how creative it is, but the bottom line is, Teri (wife and business partner) and I do whatever it takes to get the job done.”
