Nitz received the 2007 Meritorious Service Award from ERC during their National Relocation Conference held this past May in recognition of her dedicated service and significant professional contributions to Worldwide ERC and the relocation business community on behalf of mobile families.
A member of the relocation industry since 1992, Nitz is currently leading Prudential Relocation’s international consulting services, assisting clients in developing policies and programs to support their global workforce. She has authored industry articles, spoken at conferences, and facilitated international roundtables throughout the US. Nitz holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Auburn University, majoring in Marketing and with a minor in Psychology. She holds Certified Relocation Professional and Global Mobility Specialist designations from the Worldwide ERC, as well as being certified in International Remuneration from World at Work. She also has completed certificate courses in Expatriate Taxation.
