RISMEDIA, August 23, 2007—GMAC Global Relocation Services will host a Webinar to share the wide-ranging findings of its annual Global Relocation Trends Survey.
The Webinar presentation will take place Tuesday, August 28 at 10 a.m. (Central Time) and is open to representatives from corporations seeking comparative information on global mobility trends facing today’s business world. GMAC Global Relocation Services has produced the Global Relocation Trends Survey, the definitive research survey on global relocation trends, for the past 12 years.
The seminar will be hosted by GMAC Global Relocation Services’ Senior Vice President, Scott Sullivan. Registration for the Webinar is limited and participants will receive a complimentary printed copy of the full 2006 survey document.
“Through the Webinar, corporations can stay one-step ahead of global relocation trends and put to use some of the worldwide data and research that has been collected to fine tune their own policies and procedures,” said Sullivan.
The hour-long event will provide a comparative analysis highlighting the key global mobility issues facing today’s business world. Among the topics and findings to be discussed from the most recent survey report:
– Expatriate population trends
– Challenging destinations
– How family issues impact relocations and decisions about relocating
– Corporation assignment management techniques
Sullivan added that the longevity of the survey — now in its 12th year — makes it possible to compare each year’s results with historical averages, in turn enabling companies to gauge the relative importance of annual variations. The annual surveys are used as a benchmark for policy development, and are often cited in major business publications and journals that specialize in global business issues.
