RISMEDIA, August 23, 2007—Oakwood Worldwide, a global temporary housing and serviced apartment provider, ranked number one in two categories in the 2007 Trippel Survey & Research’s fifth annual mortgage, spouse and temporary housing service providers survey.
According to the company, Oakwood ranked first in highest net satisfaction among the industry’s largest temporary housing providers. In addition, Oakwood’s satisfaction scores ranked above the average satisfaction score of all temporary housing providers included in the survey.
Oakwood also took the top position as the temporary housing provider most likely to be recommended among corporate relocation managers to their stakeholders and clients. The company was the clear leader among all the temporary housing providers included in the survey, and scored above the average rate of recommendation.
“The Trippel survey reinforces Oakwood’s renewed focus on customer service and its position as the marketplace leader,” says Chris Ahearn, senior vice president of Worldwide Sales and Marketing at Oakwood Worldwide. “We continue to listen to our customers to offer increased convenience and reliability to provide ease-of-use to decision makers and guests all the while increasing our focus on customer service. We’re delighted to see that the efforts of our dedicated Associates are paying off and being recognized by our clients.”
Trippel distributed the survey to corporate relocation managers across the United States and asked respondents to rate a number of temporary housing providers in three main categories: overall satisfaction with the temporary housing provider, willingness to recommend the provider to another business associate, and whether customers anticipated adding or dropping a provider from their roster of temporary housing providers.
