RISMEDIA, Sept. 19, 2007-Diverse Solutions, an industry leader in real estate technology, has recently announced version 2.0 of their dsAgentChat instant messaging technology. Designed to be integrated into any Web site, their dsAgentChat program allows agents and brokers to use their cell phones or computers to instantly chat with their Web site visitors. According to the company, the new release has significantly better performance and boasts a myriad of new and unique features.Among the new features, they have revealed that the program can now evenly distribute the incoming chat requests from their Web site visitors to the different agents in an office. In addition, their announcement also detailed the release of their new desktop chat application that multiple agents can use in order to handle the conversations and incoming chat requests with their visitors. He added, “We’re extremely confident that the combination of these two products will be able to deliver the one-two punch agents and brokers need to stand out from their peers in an increasingly competitive marketplace.”
Finally, during the interview, LaJoie also hinted at a number of upcoming changes to their dsSearchAgent program. While he didn’t give specifics, he said that he was “really excited about a number of upcoming additions to our IDX solution” and that the details of the additions and changes would be released by his company early next month.
