RISMEDIA, Oct. 4, 2007-Gary Longobardo, president, and COO of REALTY WORLD, Inc. announced new franchise sales for the third quarter of 2007, with new Brokers affiliations in CA, AZ, TX, NC, VA, NV, CT, FL, IL, PA, and MD.

Debbie Ward-Terry and Stacy Johnson, broker/owners of REALTY WORLD – Homes of Distinction in Lakeland, FL recently opened their office with 35 agents. According to the company, the two broker/owners were formerly with EXIT Realty and exhibit a strong image and level of professionalism for Realty World in their market.

“We see our growth in this changing real estate market as an unparalleled indication that Brokers need the tools and systems offered by REALTY WORLD to help them increase the level of customer service that consumers today expect” said Johnny Gilbert, senior vice president and National Sales manager.

Longobardo also announced the launch of the new Wall Street Plan 104 program, a compensation model for top producers designed to give Realty World, Inc. brokers another competitive tool for recruiting and retention.

“We think that this program is a compliment to our Lifetime Income Program and will be very attractive to top producing agents who want a flexible and creative 100% compensation plan,” said Longobardo.

Realty World, Inc. released its new education initiative for 2008, entitled “No Agent Left Behind.” This “back to the basics” education plan is designed to equip Realty World agents to compete successfully in this changing market environment. With on-going weekly Webinars and live seminars, agents are focusing on the basic strategies of business development and customer service. In addition to agent education, Broker Boot Camps are also being offered to Realty Brokers via video conferencing and live presentations.
