RISMEDIA, Oct. 18, 2007-Andy Bardach has been named vice president of Relocation Services for Prudential Fox & Roach. Bardach will oversee the group that is based at the company’s headquarters in Philadelphia.

A career veteran of relocation, residential lending and real estate, Bardach was previously vice president of Business Development for Community Empower/HYCA Financial Services, a real estate development and data analytics firm where he was responsible for sales and accounts numbering more than 100 major national real estate lenders, builders, corporate, faith based and affinity clients.
Bardach’s career experience also includes a past role as assistant vice president of National Corporate and Sales for Chase Home Finance in which he sold and managed 150 major corporate, military and affinity clients and generated $2.5 billion in annual loan volume.
He has 25 years in relocation management, residential real estate and mortgage finance working for Associates Relocation, PHH Relocation/Asset Management and Henry S. Miller REALTORS. His experience includes line and senior management, client relations, business development, real estate acquisition and development, ecommerce strategy, quality assurance and supplier management.
A certified relocation professional, Bardach’s achievements include honors such as the President’s Award, Distinguished Service and Meritorious Service Awards from the Employee Relocation Council. He was also named an honorary “colonel” of the National Guard for a benefit plan he designed for deployed military members that led to his employer Chase being recognized as corporate sponsor of the year.
