RISMEDIA, Oct. 31, 2007-Realty World Northern California & Nevada announced the launch of Threewide Corporation’s ListHub product to syndicate their listing inventory on popular Internet marketing sites. According to the company, this new relationship will allow Realty World Northern California to distribute their several thousand listings through ListHub to real estate search Web sites, including Google Base, AOL, Cyberhomes, and Trulia, to drive consumer traffic and leads back to Realty World brokers and agents.

According to the company, ListHub provides a seamless flow of data from an MLS or internal system to popular Internet sites where consumers search for property information without any re-entry of data. Brokers control which sites display their listings and monitor the traffic and leads generated from those sites back to their own Web sites. ListHub keeps the data up-to-date in order to provide home buyers with accurate information.
