RISMEDIA, Nov. 14, 2007-LaRanch Inc, dba, a privately held company, announced that they have contracted with Consumer Source Inc., a print and online publisher and distributor of advertising-supported consumer guides in the U.S., to provide their New Homes Division, specifically, with a real estate marketing tool that will be included in their service package to their clients.

This company is known in the residential real estate industry as a unique “viral marketing” tool that abides by all anti-spam and privacy laws. A simple questionnaire format allows a salesperson to quickly create a moving announcement with very little tech experience. When e-mailed by the new homeowner, the new home builder and subdivision are subtly and professionally introduced to their client’s contacts through a banner that includes contact information and hyperlinks to learn more about the subdivision. This introduction may lead to referral opportunities and additional sales.

Numerous Web-based features make these announcements dynamic and more interesting than a postcard or written e-mail. The announcement may include a virtual tour of the property, up to 10 pictures with captions, a link to update new contact information, driving directions, and a personalized letter from the client.
