The event also featured an Executive Briefing and Exchange for the network’s brokers.The LeadingRE Institute Career Coach Michael Staver, CEO of The Staver Group in Jacksonville, Fla., shared ideas on creating customer loyalty, and Toronto-based Mark Leader, founder/CEO of Leader’s Choice, presented real estate success strategies. Matthew Ferrera, president/CEO of Matthew Ferrera & Company in Methuen, Mass., addressed ways to use technology to develop business. Pam O’Connor, president/CEO of LeadingRE, and Paul Boomsma, president of Luxury Portfolio Fine Property CollectionTM, addressed how the latest LeadingRE initiatives help affiliates maximize the benefits of the network’s resources.
The half-day session also included networking opportunities, as well as round table exchanges featuring an array of topics, such as effectively managing assistants, opportunities in international real estate and working with affluent clients, among others.
