RISMEDIA, Dec. 26, 2007-With a successful beta launch earlier this year now behind it, Adigida Solutions is pushing full steam ahead with its RealFutureCRM 2.0-a system that manages contacts, and helps brokers and agents build relationships and organize their business. The system uses the latest Ajax technology (think Google) to bring ease of use and what the company calls “lightning-fast response” to online software as a service. However, this product offers something different from competitive products-no cost, forever.
“We’re offering a free version to introduce the program to the greatest number of people in the shortest time. CRM isn’t an impulse decision, so we want to break down the barriers so more agents will give it a try,” explains Richard Kalman, president of Adigida Solutions.
RealFutureCRM is “free forever,” adds Kalman. “This is not a demo or trial. Of course, there are paid upgrades available, but the free Standard Edition is a full-featured contact manager. The program is a natural step up for agents who are shoehorning their business into generic programs, such as ACT!, Goldmine and Outlook-it does everything that they do, and adds real-estate specific fields and tools. We’ve even been told by some customers that they switched from the big established programs.”
Indeed. The program boasts the standard contact management functions of client management, drip e-mail campaigns, and task scheduling and calendar. Also, users can create reusable task and activity plan templates, and access their data at anytime from anywhere on any Internet-connected computer without needing to upload any software.
In the upgraded version-called Solo Edition-extra tools have a focus on the mobile agent: Real-time PDA/Smartphone access, SMS text message appointment reminders, creation of new contacts and scheduling tasks and events by just sending yourself an e-mail, Outlook sync, referral tracking, dynamic mailing lists, and extended listing and transaction screens with file storage.
Now, agent teams can get in on the program as well. Adigida has launched a Team Edition, and a Pro Edition for assistants. “We believe that this program is the future for agent teams,” says Kalman. “Agent teams understand that real estate is a serious business. There really aren’t many programs out there that are specifically geared toward agent teams.”
What’s more, according to Kalman, this version of the program helps foster the agent team environment: it allows team members to assign leads to their agents, and has global activity tasks that reach everyone on the team.
“With the current market conditions, it’s a bit tougher out there,” says Kalman. “Every lead is more precious than before. Agents need to get back to basics and build personal relationships to win the business. And brokers, who’ve invested heavily for leads that are handed off to agents, don’t want them to lose track of these opportunities. Agents now, more than in recent history, really have to keep up with calling their contacts, keeping in touch, and building personal relationships that differentiate them from their competition. As great as some of this newer online technology is, at the end of the day relationship building will still close more deals, and RealFutureCRM can really help. And you can’t beat the price.”
