RISMEDIA, Feb. 7, 2008-Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Long Island and Queens announced that it has acquired the assets of Benjamin Long Island Realty, Inc., which does business as Century 21 Benjamin, in Syosset, N.Y. The company’s more than 40 sales associates will transition operations from their current location to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s existing Syosset office, located less than two miles away at 140 Jericho Turnpike.
The Syosset office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage will continue to be led by Pat Maude, branch manager.
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Long Island and Queens comprises 19 offices with approximately 1,200 sales associates, who accounted for a total closed sales volume of $2.7 billion in 2006.
