RISMEDIA, April 14, 2008-Prudential Connecticut Realty announced the launch of its newest exclusive website feature, Home SuiteSM, which is designed to highlight various residential listings and assist those looking for a home online.

According to the company, the Home SuiteSM is a customized, dedicated website for a home with its own Web address, which makes it easier for buyers to find the pertinent features of homes that match their criteria. They emphasize individual homes with several pages of valuable information including narrated video, aerial photography and links to additional information. Home owners also have the opportunity to share comments with potential buyers including testimony about the home’s features and what they have enjoyed about living in their home.

“What better way to showcase a home than to hear from the owner what makes the house so special,” said Candace Adams, Prudential Connecticut Realty’s President. “HomeSuiteSM allows us to communicate not only a home’s extraordinary features, but also its personality. Buying a home is an emotional transaction as well as a financial one.”

With more than 80% of home buyers starting property searches on the Internet, often as early as nine months before they contact an agent, maximizing the Internet content is critical, according to Adams. “When we list a property it automatically gets distributed to about 20 websites including all the top Real Estate sites,” Ms. Adams said. “But the truth is that 80% of homes sold in Connecticut are sold to Connecticut residents. So we are continually improving by making it easier for buyers to find information on homes they are interested in. The more information our consumers have, the more likely they will be happy with their ultimate decision. HomeSuiteSM is just one of the many ways Prudential Connecticut is employing new marketing technologies to provide an extraordinary real estate experience.”
