RISMEDIA, May 12, 2008-Metrolist and Instanet Solutions announced that Metrolist will provide Instanet Forms plus DocBox to Colorado Realtors on June 1, 2008.
Instanet Forms is an online real estate contracts and forms service. DocBox is an integrated online digital document storage and management platform. Brokers and their associates will be able to take their business ‘paperless,’ manage all of their transaction files online and access transaction files from virtually any internet connected PC in the world. Brokers will also be able to grant their clients 24 hour a day access to specific transaction documents by enabling the system’s customer service portal.
According to the two companies, the system will be tightly integrated with Metrolist’s MLS systems, giving users the ability to import data into forms and the transaction file using both MLS content and public records, reducing data entry into forms and contracts. Users will be able to link DocBox documents, such as property disclosures, to MLS listings for easy file sharing via the MLS.
“Metrolist’s decision to provide these additional online tools shows a real commitment on their part to delivering an extremely comprehensive technology platform to their customers,” says Joe Kazzoun, vice president of business and product development at Instanet Solutions. “Metrolist is giving their users the ability to serve their clients and customers at the very highest level.”
“Instanet Solutions provides professional-grade services that meet the needs of a major marketplace like ours,” says Pat Bybee, chief executive officer of Metrolist. “Serving Colorado Realtors for over 20 years, we understand the importance of delivering technology solutions that are innovative and cost-effective.”
