RISMEDIA, June 2, 2008-Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., a Prudential Financial, Inc. company, announced its feed of more than 140,000 for-sale property listings to popular Internet search sites Propsmart.comTM and®. The agreements will place Prudential Real Estate affiliates’ listings in front of the millions of consumers who visit these sites looking for real estate and related services and information.

“Consumers love to shop for real estate using real estate media Web sites such as PropsmartTM and Zillow® simply because they get great results,” said Laurie Keenan, president of Prudential Real Estate. “The sites are easy to use, they offer great information and they save consumers time. Most important, the sites offer consumers a rich search experience and, now, our listings will be a part of that experience.”

Prudential Real Estate listings include property descriptions and photos, plus listing-agent and affiliate-contact information.
