RISMEDIA, August 5, 2008-Threewide Corporation reports rapid MLS adoption of their ListHub platform for listing asset management. Consolidated MLS in Columbia, SC was the first MLS to contract with Threewide for ListHub in January 2007. Since then, more than 100 additional MLSs have selected ListHub to provide brokers with a single system to control the distribution and display of their listings on Internet marketing sites and to track the traffic and results of their online advertising. The exact number of MLS customers for ListHub is 106, which represents access to about 65% of the nations’ agents and listing inventory.Among recent additions to the ListHub network is REBR (Real Estate Business Resources) in Topeka, KS, which manages a group of MLSs in Northeast Kansas. “We feel that MLSs can help members get the broadest distribution of their listings on the Internet to the places where consumer eyes will see them. We wanted to provide a solution that requires the least amount of maintenance for our members and does not require members to purchase other products or change their current systems,” said Karen France, president of REBR. “ListHub allows our members’ listings to come straight out of the MLS onto the key Internet sites with the current price and status, without our members having to spend time or money to get them there, complete with brokerage and agent branding.”
According to the company, additional MLSs who have recently joined the ListHub network include the Charleston-Trident Association of Realtors®, Garden State Multiple Listing Service, Aspen/Glenwood Springs MLS and Multiple Listing Service of Long Island.
ListHub, says the company, is one of the nation’s most complete networks for brokerage firms to manage their listing assets. ListHub provides these brokerages with real-time MLS connectivity, a broad array of premier sites for advertising their listings, control over the appearance of their listings, control over the redirection of consumers, and most importantly, a single interface to manage it all, along with reporting that presents the results from online advertising in apples to apples comparison.
“When we built ListHub in response to the needs of one of our MLS customers, we knew that we were building a solution to a problem.” said Mark Wise, co-founder of Threewide Corporation. “It is exciting that ListHub continues to be widely received. Our future plans are to continue development of ListHub base on the ongoing feedback we receive so that future broker customers will always be at a competitive advantage in their Internet marketing.”
