Florida transplant: In 2006, Bosco and her family left everything behind and moved to Florida’s West Coast.
A cross between a lead generation company, referral company and real estate investor’s resource center, Bosco’s target marketing quickly found Canadian prospects to be very interested in real estate investment opportunities in the current U.S. market. “The extra purchasing power of the devalued U.S. dollar, depressed real estate prices in Florida and a continued strong Canadian real estate market, makes for a perfect window of opportunity,” she says.
