In 1994, Grover co-founded Kinlin Grover Properties, a boutique firm specializing in distinctive homes. After the sale of the company in 1999, Grover continued his passion of delighting his clients and in 2007, Grover and his business partner, Bob Kinlin, personally sold over $180 million in luxury homes.
Northfield has been ranked in the top 1% of all ERA Associates Worldwide 1998-2007. He was Burgdorff Realtors number one agent for 2004 (volume) and 2005 (units) and overall in 2006 and 2007. He is also ranked number three nationally for all ERA associates and number one in New Jersey.
