Industry leaders to focus on this issue at RISMedia’s Power Broker Forum next month
RISMEDIA, Oct. 2, 2008-Industry leaders will take the stage next month to offer real solutions to turning real estate consumer confidence around. Don’t miss RISMedia’s “The Power Broker Perspective: Restoring Real Estate Confidence,” being held Friday, Nov. 7, 2008 from 12:30-2 p.m. at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando during the NAR annual convention.
The discussion will offer meaningful insights into today’s market and the economic crisis, how to work with the media, tips for understanding and working with the psyche of today’s real estate consumer, and ultimately, what real estate professionals need to do to be successful now.

In January 2007, Doug Ayers was named president/CEO of Koenig & Strey GMAC Real Estate and executive vice president of the central region for GMAC Company Owned Real Estate. In his position, he oversees the growth of Koenig & Strey GMAC’s office locations and manages the long-term growth strategy for GMAC Company Owned operations in the central United States.
Gino Blefari is the founder, president and CEO of Intero Real Estate. Blefari has more than 23 years of experience in real estate sales, development and management, from branch offices to regional and national operations. In 2002, Blefari formed Intero Real Estate Services. In only five short years, Blefari and the executive team have built the company into one of the largest real estate brokerages in the country. Currently, Intero Real Estate Services has more than 60 offices serving seven states; Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, Nevada and Texas. Recently Intero has also ventured into international markets with operations in Mexico and India.
