RISMEDIA, Dec. 17, 2008-Threewide Corporation announces a product update to ListHub, one of the nation’s leading listing asset management networks. The product enhancements introduce new categories of online marketing intelligence to ListHub’s broker and agent customers, as well as to MLS organizations that partner with ListHub.

According to the company, for the first time, real estate brokers and agents are able to receive Internet marketing reports that include information about the relative performance of different properties based on property characteristics such as price and number of bedrooms, the geographic location of the consumers that are creating visits and leads from online advertising, and comparative marketing performance reports across multiple agents.

ListHub also includes a broad array of new marketing tools and reports. Reports are now available for an expanded set of participants. While Threewide can “roll up” the data for any group, brand, or geographic region on a custom basis, ListHub now automatically packages the information by MLS, brokerage, office, agent, and individual listing.

ListHub obtains Internet marketing metrics by powering listing distribution for real estate companies to major real estate search websites such as Google Base, Yahoo! Real Estate, Trulia, and Zillow. By syndicating listings and tracking all of the consumer activity on the listings, ListHub is capable of collecting and displaying meaningful information to give the brokerage a competitive edge, drive their advertising spend, target their marketing, effectively train agents, and communicate with sellers.
