Available at http://youtube.com/ShorewestRealtors, the “Shorewest, Realtors Video Magazine” – will offer video tours of nearly four thousand properties, as well as short video clips that illustrate the services offered by the Shorewest family of companies.

The launch of its new YouTube channel further expands Shorewest, Realtors’ outreach to home buyers and sellers on a range of platforms. “Today’s consumers are using new media like never before,” said Horning, “We have to be where the buyers are.”
As the area’s only real estate company producing high-quality video content on the web for all of its property listings, Shorewest sees the launch of its new Video Magazine on YouTube as a great way to attract potential buyers while marketing homes locally, regionally and internationally with all the prestige they deserve.
Each property listing that is featured on the channel includes exterior and interior pictures, a detailed description of the property, plus the listing agent¹s contact information. Special care was also taken to make sure that each video posted to YouTube was tagged with a variety of keywords that will make it easy for consumers to find exactly what they are looking for.
According to Horning, the new channel will be updated daily to include videos for all new listings and to maintain the most accurate information on property price and status changes.
