RISMEDIA, February 18, 2009-Realogy Corporation, a global provider of real estate and relocation services, announced a listing distribution marketing agreement with Homes.com, a leading provider of online and print real estate services. According to the company, the agreement enables four of Realogy’s residential brands – Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Century 21, Coldwell Banker and ERA – to distribute property listings on Homes.com, which receives more than four million unique visitors each month.
“Today’s home buyers are increasingly conducting business online with 87% using the Internet in their home searches last year, according to the National Association of Realtors,” said Alex Perriello, president and CEO of the Realogy Franchise Group. “We are pleased to feature our brands’ property listings on Homes.com. This partnership with one of the leading Internet destinations for real estate information marks an important step forward in our online distribution strategy.”
In December 2008, Homes.com delivered more than 1.3 million listing page views and approximately 240,000 clicks to the Century 21 website. Listings from Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Coldwell Banker and ERA were added to Homes.com search results in January 2009.

Realogy’s listings distribution strategy has significantly broadened exposure for Realogy brand listings as well as listings featured by Company-owned brokerages operated by its subsidiary, NRT LLC. Consumer lead traffic to Realogy’s broker networks continues to increase as more listing distribution channels have been adopted. Since January 2008, Realogy’s listing distribution agreements have resulted in approximately 10 million incremental new online visits to the Realogy brand websites.
