MRIS, March 23, 2009-Have you tried our new Online Payment Service yet? MRIS’ new service for managing your billing information is up and running! This secure system allows you to conveniently make payments for a balance due, update credit card information, change billing email address, view invoices and more.
To access the Online Payment Service, login to the MRIS website and click My Account. You will see something new under, Modify Your Account Settings. Simply click Update Billing and Make Payments. If you have a current balance, click the Pay Now link.
Make a Payment in Four Easy Steps:
Step 1
Once you click the Pay Now link, you will be able to fill in your billing address, city, postal code, primary phone and billing email address. All fields are required. If this information is already on file, it will be auto-populated in the fields. Now, enter your credit/debit card information, choose one of the buttons at the bottom to authorize a one time payment (the information you entered will not be retained) or recurring payments for future fees (all of the information you entered will be retained except the credit card security code, CVV) and click the Proceed button. Please note the entire balance must be paid in full.
Step 2
Verify the information; make sure everything was entered to your satisfaction. If it does meet your satisfaction, click the Confirm button.
Step 3
Click the Pay Now button. Your request is forwarded to the bank for authorization.
Step 4
Once authorized, your receipt will be displayed and you will also receive a copy by email.
