RISMEDIA, March 24, 2009-Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England announced that it has acquired the assets of Home Sellers, Inc., in South Portland, Maine. Home Sellers’ operations in South Portland and Boothbay Harbor, Maine, will be combined with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s existing Portland office. Home Sellers will now operate under the banner of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England.
Lucille Holt and Adrienne Murphy will continue in their roles as the Portland office sales managers for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and will oversee the newly combined offices. Alan Peoples, the former owner of Home Sellers, Inc., will serve as a sales associate in the Portland office.

In 2008, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England accounted for nearly $10 billion in total closed sales volume.
