RISMEDIA, March 26, 2009-Anna Emerick-Biad, president of Emerick Real Estate Inc. and John L. Hummer, president of Steinborn GMAC Real Estate announced that their two companies have merged and will now have approximately 40% market share of active listings in greater Las Cruces.
According to the company, the combined company will have 125 agents operating in 2 main offices, and last year combined for more than $200 million in home sales.
Additionally, company executives announced they have already recruited two of the area’s most well-respected agents: Connie Hettinga and Zane Fikany from Coldwell Banker DeWetter Hovious.
