RISMEDIA, May 11, 2009-Allison James Estates and Homes, founded by James A. Crumbaugh III, opened its doors on January 3rd, 2008. During those darkest days of 2008 and at the beginning of 2009, Allison James Estates and Homes continued to grow steadily and even began to prosper, the company reports.
“Our timing turned out to be perfect,” Crumbaugh noted. “We came out with the first brand new business model for the real estate Industry in almost 30 years. We are to the real estate Industry what the jet engine was to the aviation industry. We represent a complete paradigm shift. In fact, to this day we still do not have a true copy cat.”
Crumbaugh says that the company has been approached by senior executives from almost every major national brand wanting to affiliate their services with the Allison James Estates and Homes brand. But they have been very cautious in deciding who will represent their firm.
“We have now chosen a gentleman to join our team, about whom we will make a national announcement, as soon as his present obligations are fulfilled,” Crumbaugh revealed. “This gentleman has tremendous national credentials. He has made recommendations to us that we think will contribute to our spectacular growth.”
Allison James Estates and Homes has many metropolitan areas available for expansion. They will be awarding these areas over the next year to individual brokers who they identify as being at the top of their game recruiters.
Allison James Estates and Homes is responsible for taking care of all the back office requirements for brokers. They have put in place a state-of-the-art computerized system for the supervision, maintenance and storage of all records. The broker is still required to fulfill their legal duties of supervision of files, but Allison James Estates and Homes takes the heartache and headache of monitoring and supervision out of the equation.
“We want the brokers to whom we award these Metropolitan areas, to be free to spend their time on recruiting,” Crumbaugh explained. “We will award these territories to brokers who want to get out from under their brick and mortar obligations, and who have more than 20 realtors. Allison James Estates and Homes will then assume all financial expenses.”
Allison James Estates and Homes will also consider a broker who they think will be a real asset at recruiting, but at this time has no realtors under his or her broker’s license. In this case they will require the broker to handle all start-up costs (usually under $5,000) until such time as they have 20+ realtors. At that time Allison James Estates and Homes will assume the financial obligation.
