RISMEDIA, January 15, 2010—ERA Franchise Systems LLC will be conducting a homeownership seminar that is open to the public as part of its first sponsorship of the 25th Annual Stellar Awards, the premier Gospel music event.
The seminar, titled, “Saving the Dream of Homeownership,” will educate attendees about foreclosures and short sales. A panel of foreclosure experts and real estate and mortgage professionals including Linda Yates, director of education at Foreclosure.com, Bryan Phillips of PHH Mortgage and R. Darnell Tate of ERA Legacy Realty in Memphis, Tenn. will discuss the issues and address questions and concerns from members of the community.
This seminar will provide helpful information to those who may be facing the loss of their own home and those who may be looking to buy a home. “ERA Real Estate understands that homeowners and home buyers need solid information about foreclosures and short sales in order to make smart decisions for themselves and their families,” said Debbie McGriff, vice president of business development at ERA Franchise Systems LLC. “We are honored to be able to present this useful information as a sponsor of The Stellar Awards.”
The Stellar Awards will be recorded live at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, Tenn., on Jan. 16, 2010. The Saving the Dream of Homeownership seminar will be held at the Sheraton Music City Hotel in Nashville, Tenn.
