The report highlights the $1.8 million in charitable funds distributed by the Realogy Charitable Foundation, which provided support to more than 600 charities in 2009, in addition to $3 million raised by its real estate franchise networks for designated charities during the same period. Also cited in this annual report are numerous business initiatives aimed at better serving multi-cultural market segments, among them the development and launches of multilingual Web sites, the deployment of diversity awareness training for employees, and training for agents and employees to learn to speak a different language.
