RISMEDIA, May 12, 2010—Realogy Corporation, a global provider of real estate and relocation services, recently issued the Company’s Diversity & Community Outreach Report for 2009-2010, which underscores the Company’s commitment to corporate citizenship in the areas of charitable outreach and diversity-driven business initiatives.

The report highlights the $1.8 million in charitable funds distributed by the Realogy Charitable Foundation, which provided support to more than 600 charities in 2009, in addition to $3 million raised by its real estate franchise networks for designated charities during the same period. Also cited in this annual report are numerous business initiatives aimed at better serving multi-cultural market segments, among them the development and launches of multilingual Web sites, the deployment of diversity awareness training for employees, and training for agents and employees to learn to speak a different language.

“We take our commitment to corporate citizenship and diversity very seriously,” said Richard A. Smith, president and CEO, Realogy Corporation. “To be a success in today’s business climate, we must attract and retain people who can thrive in a diverse workplace and readily embrace the cultural diversity that characterizes the markets we serve. Our charitable outreach programs embrace our diversity and corporate citizenship goals.”

In the past six years, the Realogy Charitable Foundation has distributed more than $14 million in net proceeds to support over 1,200 charities in communities across the United States. The Realogy Charitable Foundation was formed in 2004 to coordinate the philanthropy of Realogy’s employees, sales associates and subsidiaries through a network of local chapters. The Realogy Charitable Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) public charity incorporated in Delaware (Tax ID# 20-0755090). The Foundation’s mission is to better the quality of life in communities where Realogy has a presence.
