This comprehensive new offering allows members to see in detail what your Resource Center visitors are looking at, as well as what articles they are reading in your Real Estate Matters monthly e-newsletter and what activity your subscribers are showing each week in your Real Estate Social Networking System(sm) e-Articles. You also are provided with an “Opt-Out” Report, which provides a detailed list of who has unsubscribed from your newsletters as well as the reason why, such as an invalid email address–useful for follow-up purposes with clients. Here’s a closer look at what your new reporting features offer:
Resource Center Activity
Want to know who is visiting your Top 5 Resource Center on your website? Members may now access historical user data that can be broken down by date selection. Choose the date range for member activity and detailed reporting will show user activity per day as well as the number of visits. Further reporting breaks down what each user is clicking on, how many uniques and the percent of visitors. Are they more interested in the videos, news or Q&As? Find out by running a report here.
Real Estate Matters Report
Taking the analytics to a more detailed level, this report features activity breakdowns on each article clicked, so you can see what subjects are of most interest to your readers. Are they more interested in tax credits or remodeling subjects? This report not only breaks it down by subject, but also shows which of your subscribers clicked on each article. Need a reason to reach out to a client? See who’s reading about a particular subject each month and you have your next reason to call or email. This report also shows a comparison of emails sent versus emails opened.
Real Estate Social Networking System(sm) (RESNS) e-Article Report
Similar to your Real Estate Matters Report, the RESNS Report shows an historical summary of your daily RESNS delivery and activity. As these articles are emailed weekly each Thursday afternoon, data compiles on a daily basis and will show a breakdown of sent versus opened as well as display which links from your email signature, such as your email and website, are clicked on the most.
Provides a list of inactive subscribers for all newsletter campaigns. This offers members a useful way to access data on subscribers who may have an invalid email address for follow-up purposes, as well as a list of who has unsubscribed.
