RISMEDIA, September 27, 2010—Realtor Property Resource, LLC (RPR), a provider of comprehensive, catalogued database of real estate information on every parcel of property in the United States, announced that they will be adding an accomplished real estate executive to the organization in order to build closer relationships with the real estate brokers across the nation.
Ray Gronowski has been named vice president of Brokerage and Specialty Services at RPR. In his role, Gronowski will focus on increasing the knowledge and awareness of brokers to the benefits of the RPR system. This is designed to create a single source access for RPR’s robust national data sets to 1.1 million Realtor members while making them better informed and increasing their efficiency in the marketplace.
“As RPR continues to gain interest from agents and brokers around the country, we saw the opportunity to add another experienced real estate professional to our team,” said Dale Ross, chief executive officer of Realtor Property Resource. “Ray adds a level of understanding and connection to the brokerage business which is vital to the development of RPR’s Broker Outreach Initiative. We are extremely excited to have Ray as part of the RPR team.”
Gronowski is thrilled about the ability to encourage change in the real estate industry with regard to using the wealth of information that brokers will have through RPR. “As an industry, we have always needed to do a better job of making valuable real estate information accessible to Realtors; this tool gives Realtors what they need to be more successful with today’s technology empowered consumer. Once I spent time with Dale Ross and the RPR Management Team, I could see their passion and dedication to get this information in the hands of brokers and agents across the nation in a format that creates tremendous value.”
Gronowski headed the 2004 acquisition of eRealty by Prudential Real Estate and Relocation, which included the implementation to all Prudential Affiliated companies. Gronowski spent over six years working in the Midwest for Coldwell Banker Residential Affiliates, followed with 17 years at Prudential Real Estate and Relocation in various senior level positions, including being a member of the executive team.
