RISMEDIA, December 13, 2010—Washington County Board of REALTORS® (WCBR) recently launched one of Utah’s first Point2 property listing syndication programs. The initiative will enable WCBR’s 150 local real estate brokers and 850 agent members to publish for sale home listings across Point2’s national partner network of more than 50 high traffic consumer real estate websites and search engines, at no added cost to them, Point2 announced.
WCBR launched the program to enhance local real estate agent access to advanced online marketing technologies and further boost its REALTORS®’ value offerings and edge in the marketplace.
“A professional REALTOR’S® value proposition and expertise must continually evolve to exceed customer expectations. Our partnership with Point2 will enable our members to market client listings at a national level with ease, and, critically, track and share click-through results with their clients, an invaluable decision making support capability for both agent and home seller,” said Washington County Board of REALTORS® board President and Associate Broker at Coldwell Banker Premier Rand McCullough. “Syndication is yet another great reason why home buyers and sellers can achieve better results by working with a REALTOR® on their transaction.”
“We welcome Washington County Board of REALTORS® to our expanding network of MLS and Association partners, as industry leaders turn to effective, enabling technologies to elevate the value and capabilities of real estate professionals,” said Saul Klein, senior vice president, Point2.
The Point2 real estate listing syndication network includes the Web’s major search engines Google and Yahoo! as well as key national consumer real estate search sites Zillow, Cyberhomes, Oodle, Homefinder.com and others.
