Mobile Real Estate has announced the launch of its MLS Product Suite 2012, a unique suite of products that provides MLS’s with three, key mobile technology facets, all necessary in their own right. The announcement was made at this week’s Council of MLS conference, of which MRE is the exclusive technology sponsor. While providing the conference with its mobile website at www.CMLS2011.com and the App for all attendees to view and use from their web-enabled mobile devices, Mobile Real Estate is now offering more to the MLS community, the company states. The three components to the suite include providing MLS’s with mobile marketing tools for members to advertise themselves and their listings to consumers, consumer-facing MLS mobile website that includes Mobile IDX with Tablet features reformatted for any device, and internal websites and MLS communication via text.
Agent mobile marketing tools include items such as text to lead generation and QR Code tools, with single property mobile websites. In an effort to assist the agent further, Mobile Real Estate has taken these features to the next level by offering the benefit of receiving a property status reminder for listings awaiting the addition of mobile marketing details.
“The status reminders are a great tool to be able to offer our members as a way to help keep their marketing to-do list moving as their properties are listed,” says Lisa of CLAW. “We see the status alert feature addition as a valuable tool our members will be pleased with, on top of the mobile marketing services we are currently providing each member by Mobile Real Estate.”
The MLS is directly affected by the mobilization of the MLS’s consumer-facing website, which also offers the mobile IDX with browsing capabilities using mobile GPS on all mobile web-enabled devices and tablets. A member’s only mobile website, offers key features only members need to gain access to, such as contact information on a listing agent, extensive property info and one-touch email or text direct to an agent.
Text communication from the MLS to their members proves a valuable way to communicate with specific groups within the MLS, at any given time or preset scheduled updates and reminders. Additionally, mobile business cards for each agent offers download capabilities for any and all agents within the MLS, to keep in touch and connect by phone instantly and socially, outside of social networking sites. Members can share mobile business card details amongst each other, and are highly encouraged to use these for daily connections with potential buyers and sellers.
“With a consumer-facing product as well as an internal MLS product, Mobile Real Estate is focused on assisting the MLS on a full mobile scale. These tools allow real estate professionals to obtain necessary, timely information on-the-go, from their tablet or mobile device in an instant. The same is true for the consumer searching on their mobile device, for a listing to buy, or agent to hire,” said John Lim this week while at the conference in Tucson. “We are looking forward to sharing these tools and new product line throughout the CMLS 2011 event this week. I am proud to say that Mobile Real Estate continues to offer the most cutting-edge technology the industry needs to keep up with the world around us.”
