Set-fee real estate company Help-U-Sell® Real Estate attended last week’s Triple Play REALTOR® Convention & Trade Expo in Atlantic City, N.J., with a goal of expanding its number of franchises on the East Coast, the company announced.
“Help-U-Sell has independently owned offices throughout the country, including almost 50 in California alone,” says Ron McCoy, Help-U-Sell Real Estate’s vice president of business development. “As we enter our next growth phase, we’re looking to the East Coast to add new offices and increase our brand visibility.”
McCoy says Help-U-Sell Real Estate’s booth received positive interest. Dan Desmond, broker/owner of Help-U-Sell® Bay Beach Realty in Forked River, N.J., joined McCoy and shared his experience and perspective with potential franchisees.
According to the company, over the past two years, Help-U-Sell Real Estate has developed proprietary technology for its brokers and their clients. New tools include a QR-code generator, back-end systems for buyers and sellers to manage their search and sale, and a mobile application set to debut next month. With the technology development well underway, Help-U-Sell Real Estate is poised for franchise growth.
