Coldwell Banker Prime Properties, a leading Coldwell Banker Residential Affiliate in New York State, has promoted several individuals within the organization in its various Capital Region offices, the company has announced.
In the Green Island office, Mary Huls was promoted to corporate operations manager. Most recently, she was regional manager for the Albany Region and branch manager of the Loudonville office. Huls has 26 years of real estate sales and management experience with Coldwell Banker Prime Properties, and will focus on expanding the company to new levels of success.
In the Niskayuna office, Kelly Gardner has been promoted to branch manager. She previously served as senior agent in the Albany/Guilderland office. Gardner has enjoyed a successful real estate career for more than 21 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Russell Sage College and has earned many designations in the real estate field, the company announced.
In the East Greenbush office, Joanie Kraft has been promoted to branch manager. Most recently, she was the company trainer for new licensees.
Pete Luzinas, formerly the branch manager of the Niskayuna office, has moved to his new position as branch manager of the Loudonville office. Luzinas has more than 24 years of real estate sales experience and nine years of management experience, and is noted for his hands-on approach with all his agents.
