Regional Spotlight—One of Connecticut’s leading residential real estate firms, William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty, has announced a record-breaking success in the sale of 69 Deer Meadow Lane in North Stamford, which closed this week for $4.65 million setting Stamford’s highest selling price of 2011.
Sotheby’s International Realty represented both the buyer and seller of this significant estate which was listed by Judy Amster, an award-winning top salesperson with William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty.
William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty also achieved last year’s record-breaking sale in Stamford, when the property located at 389 Farms Road listed by Gail Stone—also a top salesperson with William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty—sold for $5 million in April of 2010.
According to the firm, William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty was the listing broker on 40 percent of the homes sold in 2011 at sales prices above $3 million. Additionally, according to a release, William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty participated in over 22 percent of the year-to-date Stamford sales above $1.5 million.
