RISMEDIA, March 12, 2012–Paul Adler is appointed to the Board of the Rockland Community Foundation located in New City, N.Y.
Founded in 2005, The Rockland Community Foundation is a registered, tax-exempt 501(c) (3) non-profit corporation governed by a local Board of Directors and an Advisory Board comprised of community leaders. The Foundation is a unifying element in our community. All Community Foundations share the common goal of serving donors, non-profit organizations and the community as a whole by encouraging corporate leaders, educators, youth, parents, non-profits, elected officials and the faith community to work toward the common objective of increasing charitable giving.
The cornerstone of the Rockland Community Foundation is to seek and stimulate permanent endowment building and to help ensure that today’s and tomorrows charitable needs in Rockland are met.
